SAVED FROM WHAT?

HEY, VIVA CHURCH! This BAPTISM SUNDAY is going to be a very special day at VIVA! We’re celebrating over 35 people taking the step of baptism across our three services, each one representing a life transformed by Jesus. We’re also excited to be back to three Sunday services at 9:00 AM, 10:45 AM, and 12:30 PM. Join us in person or online as we worship together, celebrate changed lives, and hear a powerful message from our Lead Pastor, Frank Seixas.

Pastor Frank will be sharing a message titled “SAVED FROM WHAT?” What does it actually mean to be saved, and why do we need salvation in the first place? Through Scripture, we’ll look at why simply being a “good person” isn’t the standard, how God’s law reveals our need for a Saviour, and the incredible truth of what Jesus accomplished for us on the cross. Salvation isn’t something we can earn through our own goodness or works. It is the gift of God, made possible through His mercy and the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

As we celebrate baptism, we’re reminded of the new life we have in Jesus. Baptism is a beautiful public declaration of what Christ has done, identifying with His death and resurrection and stepping forward to walk in newness of life. Whether you’re celebrating someone being baptized, exploring faith for yourself, or you call VIVA home, come ready for an unforgettable BAPTISM SUNDAY as we celebrate the greatest news of all: Jesus saves!
