We’re excited to welcome you to VIVA SUNDAY for a special morning together in God’s presence. Join us for one of our three services at 9:00 AM, 10:45 AM, or 12:30 PM, with an extended time of worship and ministry as we make room for God to move. Our Lead Pastor, Frank Seixas, will be sharing the Word, and whether you’re joining us in person or online, come ready to worship and encounter Jesus together. 🙌🔥✝️

This Sunday’s message, “ONE THING,” comes from the heart of Psalm 27: “One thing I have desired of the LORD, that will I seek.” In the middle of fear, pressure, distractions, and everything competing for our attention, Scripture continually brings us back to what matters most: the presence of God. Like Mary sitting at the feet of Jesus, we’re reminded that many things may demand our attention, but one thing is needed.

Whether you’re visiting for the first time or you call VIVA home, we believe this will be a significant Sunday for our church family. Come expectant, bring someone with you, and join us as we set aside the distractions, seek His presence, and make room for an extended time of worship and ministry together.

  • I am Frank the co-lead Pastor and with my wife Chris are the founders of VIVA Church in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. I first came to Canada in 1987, following God’s call to permanently move from Brazil to Canada. In August 1992, I started VIVA Church. In January 1994, I married Chris, and in 1996, I attended the Nazarene Bible College of Canada. Later I was awarded Doctor of Divinity (DDiv) from Canada Christian College in 2022.

    With a vision to reach people for Jesus, VIVA Church has grown to become a positive influence for the Kingdom, not only in Oshawa but also by planting churches internationally in countries like Cambodia and Uganda. Beyond our work at the local church, I (Frank) serve the body of Christ on the boards of other ministries and churches, and I am part of the Apostolic Ministry of MFI-Canada. I also travel to speak at conferences and many churches around the world.

    Chris and I have dedicated more than 30 years to serving at VIVA Church, witnessing the salvation and growth of many. We have been blessed with two beautiful daughters: Leticia, our youngest, and Gabriella, our oldest, who is married to Matheus.
