FAITH TESTED BY FIRE

Welcome to VIVA CHURCH! This Sunday, join us as Family Pastor Alessandra Felicio presents an inspiring message titled “Faith Tested by Fire,” based on 1 Peter 1:3-7.

In this message, we’ll explore the five key points of faith testing. God reminds us that our faith will be tested, and it’s through these trials that we are proven, and these trials are opportunities given by God to prove our faith. The Lord always does His part when we do ours.

We’ll delve into the importance of faith, understanding that God is capable of the impossible, and the role of active obedience. Discover how the same God who worked miracles in the Bible is still performing miracles today. Join us and be inspired to live a life of faith and active obedience. VIVA CHURCH, where miracles continue to happen!

  • Pastor Alessandra Felicio

Valdir and Alessandra, both born and raised in southern Brazil, have an incredible journey of faith and service. Valdir experienced a radical transformation at age 20, turning his life around from drugs and alcohol to becoming the young adult’s director at his local church. It was there that he met Alessandra, who had also encountered Christ at age 20 through the baptism of the Holy Spirit. They married in 1993 and welcomed their first son, Joao Vitor a year later. Feeling God’s call, Valdir and Alessandra moved to Canada, where their daughter, Anna Paula, was born. In 2002, they joined the VIVA Church team and have been serving faithfully ever since. Ordained as pastors in 2008, Valdir and Alessandra are deeply passionate about fostering healthy marriages and building strong, thriving families. Their dedication and love for the community continue to inspire and uplift those around them.
