EXPECTATION THAT MAKES ROOM

Our VIVA CHRISTMAS series is already underway, and we’re so excited to continue this powerful journey together at VIVA CHURCH. We’re grateful to gather in person across three services as our Lead Pastor, Frank Seixas, brings this week’s message titled EXPECTATION THAT MAKES ROOM. This message invites us to slow down in the Christmas season and reflect on how expectation prepares our hearts for what God desires to do in us.

Through the story of Jesus’ birth, we are reminded that God moves where room is intentionally made. Expectation clears distractions, reshapes priorities, and opens space for encounter, worship, and transformation. This message challenges us to consider what we are making room for in our lives and how our expectations align with God’s Kingdom purposes.

Join us this Sunday across three services (8:45 am, 10:30 am, & 12:15 pm) at VIVA CHURCH as we worship, learn, and align our hearts with God’s mission. Come expecting a fresh word and a renewed passion to live out your faith in these times. Let’s lift high the name of Jesus together! Don’t forget to like, share, and subscribe to stay connected with all that God is doing at VIVA CHURCH! 🙌🔥✝️

  • Pastor Frank Seixas

I am Frank the co-lead Pastor and with my wife Chris are the founders of VIVA Church in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. I first came to Canada in 1987, following God’s call to permanently move from Brazil to Canada. In August 1992, I started VIVA Church. In January 1994, I married Chris, and in 1996, I graduated from the Nazarene Bible College of Canada. Later I was awarded Doctor of Divinity (DDiv) from Canada Christian College in 2022.

With a vision to reach people for Jesus, VIVA Church has grown to become a positive influence for the Kingdom, not only in Oshawa but also by planting churches internationally in countries like Cambodia and Uganda. Beyond our work at the local church, I (Frank) serve the body of Christ on the boards of other ministries and churches, and I am part of the Apostolic Ministry of MFI-Canada. I also travel to speak at conferences and many churches around the world.

Chris and I have dedicated more than 30 years to serving at VIVA Church, witnessing the salvation and growth of many. We have been blessed with two beautiful daughters: Leticia, our youngest, and Gabriella, our oldest, who is married to Matheus.
