his VIVA SUNDAY is extra special as we come together for Thanksgiving Sunday! šŸ Join us across three services as our Lead Pastor, Frank Seixas, leads us in a time of gratitude, worship, and faith. Today, weā€™re celebrating all that God has done this year at VIVA, and weā€™re thanking Him for everything thatā€™s still to come.

Pastor Frank will bring a powerful message titled GRATEFUL FOR WHATā€™S COMING, reminding us that gratitude is more than a response to blessingsā€”itā€™s an act of faith for what God is about to do. In John 6:1ā€“13, we see how Jesus took five loaves and two fish, gave thanks, and multiplied them to feed thousands. Gratitude shifts our perspective and turns what seems small into something miraculous. When we thank God for what we already have, He makes room for greater things ahead.

This Thanksgiving, weā€™re looking back with thankful hearts and looking forward with expectation. Every life changed, every prayer answered, every miracle weā€™ve witnessed is just the beginning. We believe that God is preparing VIVA CHURCH for even moreā€”more salvations, more baptisms, and more lives transformed.   • Pastor Frank Seixas

    I am Frank the co-lead Pastor and with my wife Chris are the founders of VIVA Church in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. I first came to Canada in 1987, following Godā€™s call to permanently move from Brazil to Canada. In August 1992, I started VIVA Church. In January 1994, I married Chris, and in 1996, I graduated from the Nazarene Bible College of Canada. Later I was awarded Doctor of Divinity (DDiv) from Canada Christian College in 2022.

    With a vision to reach people for Jesus, VIVA Church has grown to become a positive influence for the Kingdom, not only in Oshawa but also by planting churches internationally in countries like Cambodia and Uganda. Beyond our work at the local church, I (Frank) serve the body of Christ on the boards of other ministries and churches, and I am part of the Apostolic Ministry of MFI-Canada. I also travel to speak at conferences and many churches around the world.

    Chris and I have dedicated more than 30 years to serving at VIVA Church, witnessing the salvation and growth of many. We have been blessed with two beautiful daughters: Leticia, our youngest, and Gabriella, our oldest, who is married to Matheus.
