PRAYER AND FASTING

by | May 1, 2022 | Exclusive Sunday Teaching

Hey, VIVA church! Join us as our very own Lead Pastor, Frank Seixas, will be preaching a message about “PRAYER AND FASTING.” We are excited about our Week of Prayer & Fasting that starts TODAY. As we pray, we’ll see the world around us change as we align with the Father and His will. Prayer is a powerful weapon that we can use to fight our battles, resist the enemy and n our faith. You won’t want to miss it!

Let’s worship, lean into the Word, and allow the Holy Spirit to speak to us today! If you’re watching online, drop a comment and let us know where you’re tuning in from. Don’t forget to like, share, and subscribe to stay connected with all that God is doing at VIVA CHURCH! 🙌🔥

This week’s message, “BIGGER THAN US,” is a reminder that what God has placed in us was never meant to stop with us....

  • I am Frank the co-lead Pastor and with my wife Chris are the founders of VIVA Church in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. I first came to Canada in 1987, following God’s call to permanently move from Brazil to Canada. In August 1992, I started VIVA Church. In January 1994, I married Chris, and in 1996, I attended the Nazarene Bible College of Canada. Later I was awarded Doctor of Divinity (DDiv) from Canada Christian College in 2022.

With a vision to reach people for Jesus, VIVA Church has grown to become a positive influence for the Kingdom, not only in Oshawa but also by planting churches internationally in countries like Cambodia and Uganda. Beyond our work at the local church, I (Frank) serve the body of Christ on the boards of other ministries and churches, and I am part of the Apostolic Ministry of MFI-Canada. I also travel to speak at conferences and many churches around the world.

Chris and I have dedicated more than 30 years to serving at VIVA Church, witnessing the salvation and growth of many. We have been blessed with two beautiful daughters: Leticia, our youngest, and Gabriella, our oldest, who is married to Matheus.
